Defective Clothing: Please email or call us with any product defects. We will make certain that defective items are exchanged immediately.

Wrong Sizes: We will exchange clothing that has not been worn with the appropriate size. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. We will send out a replacement upon receipt.

Other Reasons: Please keep in mind that the full purchase price (NICU t-shirts) or the full proceeds (all other items) of merchandise from this website are donated to reputable child-related chartible organizations. As a result, we cannot accept merchandise returns.
